Order Processing
All orders are processed within 5–7 business days after payment is confirmed.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email once it has shipped.

Shipping Information
We currently ship nationwide within the United States.
All orders are shipped from our boutique inside Treasure Coast Mall, Port St. Lucie, FL.
Shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping (3–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
Tracking information will be provided via email once your order ships.
Devi’s Exclusive Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Because of the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
This policy helps us maintain the quality and hygiene of our garments — many customers purchase outfits for special occasions, and we ensure every piece is sold brand-new and unworn.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at devibudhu77@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
We’ll review and work with you to resolve it promptly.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Once your order has been processed, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please email us within 12 hours, and we’ll do our best to assist before shipping.
